Access to the following apps are provided by the Leatherby Libraries. For any assistance on downloading and registering for each app, please contact the library.
5MinuteConsult App
- Access 5MinuteConsult by clicking HERE and click on 'Create A Free Personal Account' towards the right of the page.
- Complete the registration form and click on 'Save & Continue'.
- Visit the iTunes App Store (Apple devices), Google Play Store (Android devices) and search for "5-Minute Clinical Consult"
- The app should download directly to your device. Open the App on your device.
- Login with your personal account information you created on the 5MinuteConsult webpage.
Micromedex App
- Visit the iTunes App Store (Apple devices), Google Play Store (Android devices) or the Windows Store (Windows 8 devices) and search for "Micromedex."
- From all the Micromedex app results, you will have access to the following apps:
- Free Micromedex Drug Reference
- Micromedex Drug Interactions
- Micromedex IV Compatibility
- The app should download directly to your device. Open the App on your device.
- Click on the Micromedex App link above and click on the "Download Mobile Apps" button on the bottom right of the page.
- Locate the password to login into each app on your device.
The Medical Letter App
- Visit the iTunes App Store (Apple devices), Google Play Store (Android devices) and search for "The Medical Letter"
- The app should download directly to your device. Open the App on your device.
- Click on the link above to register for access to the app.
- You will now have access to the app using the information you used to register.
UpToDate App
- Access UpToDate by clicking HERE and fill our the registration form on the home page using your Chapman email address.
- ClinicalKey will display an activation message and send a confirmation email.
- Visit the iTunes App Store (Apple devices), Google Play Store (Android devices) and search for "UpToDate"
- The app should download directly to your device. Open the App on your device.
- Login with your personal account information.
